Returns and exchange:

If you are unhappy with our products, they can be returned or exchanged, provided they are in saleable condition. Please notify us within 7 days of the arrival of your shipment that you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

All products must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with the original tags attached. If our customer care team does not feel the above points are met, they may decide whether the item is suitable for return.

All items returned to us must be sent using a recorded/tracked service only. Allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by the customer.
